1. Discovery
A licensed construction supervisor visits your home for an
in-depth consultation to discuss your ideas, concerns, and budget.
Measurements, photos, and initial plans are discussed to provide a preliminary project scope and a soft estimate range based on experience. After this, you’ll meet with our designer to review the initial plans, explore layout possibilities, and refine the project vision. This phase gives you a clear understanding of project possibilities before committing.
2. Detailed Design and Estimate Phase
With a retainer, our team refines plans and assists in material selections, including cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and more. Through showroom visits and design meetings, we ensure every detail aligns with your style and functional needs. This phase results in a finalized, detailed estimate based on actual materials and scope.
3. Construction Preparation Phase
We finalize all documents, secure permits, and prepare a comprehensive project binder—your on-site reference for plans, specs, and timelines. A pre-construction walkthrough ensures alignment of logistics like dust protection, dumpster placement, and communication protocols.
4. Construction
Our experienced team brings your vision to life while maintaining clear communication and minimizing disruption. Your dedicated foreman ensures every detail aligns with expectations for a flawless finish.
