Built by Coughlin and Shea, this spec home that was just built was ready for the final pieces before being put on the market. We were asked to do the numerous bathrooms in this large home and every bathroom had something different going on. The large powder room had a vanity made from a vanity completely open. Holes were cut and plumbing was added onto the wood countertop. Very simply vanity to not overwhelm the space. One of the upstairs bathrooms was created very differently, and a black vanity was used to contrast the light tile and walls. Drawers were used for storage and an open shelf is perfect for hiding baskets and other items such as towels. A small white vanity was used in another bathroom with black countertop to play off the same theme as the other rooms and add some depth and contrast. The master bath is the best bathroom out of the bunch. Combination vanities have great storage for both persons to keep their items separate as well as storage for items both use everyday. This room was large enough for a stand alone tub in one corner and a stand up shower in the other. Glass shower walls allow the natural light to pass through from the window across. Bench seat is wonderful to sit and relax as well as shaving your legs. Very simple accent tile was added in the back of the niche as well as a stripe throughout to bring some added color to the room but to not compete with the softness intended.
