These two bathroom remodels needed to stay in the existing layout to keep costs down but needed some major updating. For the first bathroom, a new vanity was added with a center bowl to get equal countertop space on either side. The old dingy tub was ripped out and replaced by a new tub with sliding glass shower doors to allow the natural light to come through the window into the tub. Tile that looks like hardwood was put on the floor to continue the wood tile look in from the outside hallway. For the second bathroom a new vanity with a warm stain was added also with a center bowl for equal standing space on both sides. Open bottom shelf is great for easy storage and accessibility. A beautiful tiled backsplash was put in place to help with splashing and give a pop of color and excitement. The old tiled in tub was ripped out and replaced with a new tiled in shower with an added bench seat and niche. Matching accent tile from the vanity was added as a strip around the shower to give more excitement and to unify the space. Black liner carries in the darkness from the vanity and frames out the accent stripe. Diagonal running bond tile on the floor adds movement and carries you into the room.
