Move In Ready-Project 3060

This newly purchased how was the perfect fit for this family even though some things needed some major remodeling. This kitchen was a great layout, but needed some more space and really needed a remodel. The door to the backyard was removed and closed with a wall to house the refrigerator and lengthen the run of cabinets for more prep zone. The pantry closet was to small to hold much and took up valuable inches that could be used to space out the appliances. Since the pantry wasn't needed, that's exactly what we did! With the pantry removed the oven cabinet could be brought farther from the range creating a better work area around the cooktop, as well as not having all the appliances on top of each other. The old flooring was removed and replaced with porcelain tile planks that look like hard wood flooring to give an updated and coordinated look. New cabinets replaced the outdated white cabinets creating a better functioning layout as well as bringing in a soft texture and color. The stainless steel appliances and plumbing brings the extra bling and contrast against the lighter cabinets. A hutch area was added onto the opposite wall for extra storage and a place for entertaining. The bathrooms were the next to be remodeled and updated to fit the families needs and styles. Each bathroom was fully gutted and started over with new vanities, tile, and countertops. New plumbing was installed to match the materials being introduced into each room so there would be no fighting between tones. Accent tile creates the perfect eye catching sparkle to really draw one into the room as well as draws your attention to certain areas you would like to call attention to. Each room flows perfectly with each other in their color tones as well as patterns. The coordination between each space really speaks to the viewer and gives that homey feel every family is searching for.
