***GOLD AWARD WINNER- Contractor of the Year Awards- 2017***
This half bath was very tight in dimension and tried to be a full bath which it did not succeed at. The impossibly small shower wasn't functional for anyone and looked like it was just squeezed in. The window took the space of where a mirror would be leaving the homeowners to have to put the mirror on the side wall. The homeowners wanted to make the half bath an actual half bath. The shower was removed and a built-in tall cabinet was installed for added storage. The old vanity was replaced with a floating vanity. We replaced the existing sliding window with a smaller transom window. This allows us to add a mirror matching the vanity below. A floating vanity allows for a unique look, and helps extend the height of the wall making it look taller. Chiseled stone was used on the full wall behind the vanity creating really fun texture and an amazing look that really ties the whole bathroom together. Undercabinet lighting helps balance out the sconce lights above and really shows off the tile flooring. This modern bathroom is really a breathtaking view compared to the old and outdated full bath it was before.
