3681 - Two Transformations

This returning client wanted to make her downstairs laundry/half bath and upstairs full bath more functional and aesthetically pleasing. The major issue in the laundry was the lacking functionality of the bi-fold doors, forcing the homeowner to load and unload the dryer sitting on the toilet. We changed to a stacked unit further from the toilet making for easier loading and unloading for both machines. The cumbersome vanity was replaced with an open pedestal and a new medicine cabinet above and cabinet above the toilet for additional storage. Also by incorporating a stacked washer/dryer there was then room for a wall and base for additional storage and a perfect drop zone. The yellow from the upstairs bath was replaced with cool and calming tones and a warm double bowl vanity. These bathrooms are now the perfect fit for this growing family.
