4050 - Open Concept

The original kitchen was both out of date and lacking storage. There was a large area of wasted space with a small table and sliding door. The sliding door was replaced with a french door which allowed for the entire kitchen to extend into that space. The wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed, making room for an expansive island with seating. The once unused space in the entry is now a stylish mudroom area with tall cabinets for hanging coats and a seat for tying shoes. This space is nothing like it was before!
