It's not very often you find not only a sink, but also a range at a window! This existing kitchen was long overdue for an update. Not only that, but the 1st floor was also lacking function and flow. The existing half bath was moved to a new location, allowing for more walk-space in the living area. The wall to the adjoining dining room was taken down which allowed for a larger kitchen with island, and open concept space. The sink and range were swapped from their existing locations, and the new sink is now centered under a expansive window with a beautiful view.
